Decent supplies, some missing

I bought a variety of jewelry making tools and some glass beads. The round nose pliers and flat nose pliers were good quality, felt sturdy. The glass beads were nice, good colors. However, one pack of jump rings was missing from my order. Customer service fixed it pretty quickly after I emailed them, but it delayed my project a bit.
